To me, coffee is complicated sometimes. You need to think of many variables such as roasting profile, water temperature and grind size to brew a cup of beautiful coffee; Coffee is very simple sometimes. When you're sitting in a cafe, holding a cup of your usual coffee, watching those familiar faces, your friends, baristi...it's a connection between people. The link won't be broken even it's a Grade 4 dark roasted coffee!
